Job Duties:
- Provides technical support to end user on Windows desktop and server application.
- TCP/IP LAN/WAN network setup and administration.
- Windows server 2003 and Linux setup and administration.
- Database: Oracle, MsSQL, MySQL setup and administration.
- Solves end user daily technical problems and trouble shooting.
- Maintains, monitors and updates IT system and company website.
- Conduct fault diagnosis and trouble shooting for all kinds of IT problems
Requirements:
- 1 year or above solid technical support experience
- Strong in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure |
