News in brief: Ladbrokes joins ESSA; Entertasia launches 'West-facing' product with CTXM; Sega; Tiscali, Nexway... 29/01/2010ˇ@ LADBROKES has joined theEuropean Sports Security Association (ESSA), the bookmakers association formed to monitor suspicious betting and alert sport federations about irregularities in betting. Ladbrokes is the first bookmaker with both an online and an offline operation to join ESSA. Entertasia, the Asia-focused live gaming software developer and distributor, has signed a deal with Riga-based gaming software provider CTXM for CTXM to feed Entertasiaˇ¦s live dealer casino product to its network. The deal also allows Macom Communication, Entertasiaˇ¦s sister company, to introduce CTXMˇ¦s XCasino and flash-based mini games to Macomˇ¦s Asia network. Sega Games, the egaming arm of video game giant Sega Corporation, has launched an affiliate programme. This is managed via affiliate website, SegaPartners.com, on the Income Access platform. As reported on EGRmagazine.com yesterday, Sega Games signed a deal with Neovia for the payments businessˇ¦ Neteller wallet product for the SegaCasino.com and SegaPoker.com sites it launched in October last year, and announced it is license a suite of gambling applications from developer CTXMthis month. Italian telecoms provider Tiscali and software company Nexway Games are to launch a new Games channel on the Italian portal, allowing Tiscali to offer users games for PCs from Nexway Gamesˇ¦ catalogue on giochi.tiscali.it.
